Edgar Ronald Woodall

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Edgar Ronald Woodall, age 79, of Clarksville, TN. A funeral service will be Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Pastors Haley Robinson and Johnny Peach will officiate. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Pallbearers will be Austin Woodall, David Cobb, David Anderson, Frank Luppe, Scott Glasgow, and Patrick Jackson.

Edgar, affectionately known as Ronny, was born on December 15, 1945 to Marvin Austin and Pearline Nicholson Woodall. He passed away on March 7, 2025. Ronny was a 1963 graduate of Clarksville High School and attended Austin Peay. He was a devoted member of the Forest Street United Methodist Church and a veteran of the United States Air Force. Ronny was an electrician and retired from Trane and Union Carbide. He enjoyed camping, bowling, karaoke, and fishing. Ronny loved his family dearly, especially his grandchildren, and will be greatly missed.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step-father, Leonard Woodall; siblings, Cornice Jerles and Floyd Woodall. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Kathleen "Kitty" Woodall; daughter, Angela Huff; son, Sean (Ashley) Woodall; grandchildren: Matthew (Chelsey) Huff, Austin Woodall, Allyson Woodall, Annabelle Woodall, and Alivia Woodall; great-grandchildren, Lexi and Lincoln Huff; and sister Florene Luppe.
