Dorothy Ann Harrison, 68, Clarksville, died Tuesday, August 12, 2008, at Kindred Hospital, Nashville.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rex W. Stout officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from noon until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home.
Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Harrison was born April 4, 1940 in Montgomery County, daughter of the late John Lee Martin and Era Bell Jones Martin. She was preceded in death by her son Earl Barnett.
She was a homemaker and attended the Community 1st Church of God.
Survived by her husband Elzie L. Harrison; son John (Debra) Barnett, of Clarksville; daughters Rose (Kenny) Wickham, Murfreesboro; Janet (Kyle) Buchanan, Stewart Co.; Loretta (Steve) Scoggs, GA; Jackie (Scott) Odenkirt, Clarksville; Lisa Barrett, Clarksville; brother John Lee Martin, Clarksville; sisters Lorene (Bobby) Kelly, ; Margaret Ahrens, and Joyce (Richard) Bumpus, all of Clarksville. Twenty one grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Step-children are Mike (Julie) Harrison, Nashville; Tony (Pat) Harrison; Greg Harrison, and Angela (Frank) Chandler all of IN.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Wickham, Jeremy Wickham, Johnny Harrison, Lee Daniels and Billy Kelley. Honorary pallbearers will be Tony Harrison and Mike Harrison.
