Dorothy Jean Taylor Suggs, 78, Clarksville, died Monday, October 4, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center.
The funeral will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jon Justice officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. til 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday at the funeral home.
Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Suggs was born June 29, 1932 in Jefferson County, Arkansas, daughter of the late William Haston Taylor and Ira Bell Sweet Taylor. In addition to her parents Mrs. Suggs was preceded in death by her husband Zeddie "Z.H." Suggs, Sr..
Mrs. Suggs was a retired Bookkeeper in collections, and a member of the Eastern Star. She was a baptist.
Mrs. Suggs is survived by sons; Ronald (Cathy) Suggs of South Carolina, Mark A. Suggs of Clarksville, Zeddie (Sarah) Suggs, II of Clayton, California; daughter; Brenda Suggs and her husband Bobby Taylor of Budapest, Hungary, Grandchildren; April Lucke, Shane (Donna) Suggs, Jessica Lawson, Bailey Suggs, Taylor Suggs, Gracie Suggs, and Dana Page, and six great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
