Dora Lee Fowler Payne Chester 65, Clarksville TN died Friday July 1, 2016 at her residence. The funeral will be held at 1pm Thursday July 7th, 2016 at Sykes Funeral Home with Dr. Teddy Lee Denny officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday July 6, 2016 starting at 5pm until 8pm at Sykes Funeral Home. Ms Dora was born in Clarksville TN on February 12, 1951, daughter of William Henry Fowler and Waydell Milam Fowler. Ms. Dora was retired administrative from the I.D. section at Ft Campbell KY. Dora is survived by her children, a son Jamie Payne and fiance Dana Denny. A daughter Stephanie Knight all of Clarksville Tn. Three sisters Ruby Nell Kaufman, Earlene Schultz, Shirley Stanley all of Clarksville. Four grandchildren Scott Moran and fiance Keli White, Dray Knight, Storming Sumer Knight, Tyler Payne and Lily Payne. Three great grandchildren Emma Lanee George, Lando Carter Allison, Mason Bentley Allison. Pallbearers will be Brian Shepherd, Justin Smith, John Bierman, Chris Cathey, Larry Elrod, Amber Stanley.
