Donna Jean Steiden Barnes, age 76 of Clarksville passed away Thursday, November 28, 2014 at Vanderbilt. Sykes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at The Community Church with Rev. Harold Whitmer officiating. Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, November 30, 2013 at the church.
Donna was born June 21, 1937 in Louisville, KY to the late Douglas A. Steiden and Hilda Havens Steiden. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Neil Barnes.
She was a homemaker and a member of The Community Church.
She is survived by daughters, Terry G. Barnes (Ron) Walker, Catherine Willcox (Tim) Cothran, Gail Barnes; sisters, Doris Blackford, Sue Chestnut, Sandy Bandy; brother, Douglas Steiden; grandchildren, Amanda Gorney, Jennifer Brown, Angelia Segovia and Danielle Arnold.
