Donald Haynes

Funeral service for Donald "Don" Haynes, age 72 of Cunningham, will be Friday, October 26, 2018 at Noon at Gum Springs Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 25, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the church and again 1 hour prior to the service.

Don passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare. He was born on October 29, 1945 in Montgomery County to Floyd Oneal and Gladys Haynes. He was a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church and was employed with Wyatt-Johnson for 16 years. Don was a jack of all trades who enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Brenda Haynes, son Billy (Jennifer) Haynes, daughter Kristi Haynes Ogburn, mother Gladys Suiter Haynes, sisters; Sara Arms, Patsy Black, and Diane Edwards, grandchildren; Chelsey, James, Wayne, Randolph, and Thomas, and great granddaughter Alexis.

Phil Arms, Tommy Arms, Stanley Arms, David Edwards, Darnell Black, and Phillip Byard will serve as pallbearers.
