Donald Sherrill Hall, age 80 of Cedar Hill, TN died Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at his home in Cedar Hill, TN. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements. The funeral service will be at 11:00am April 10, 2015 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel, 424 Franklin Street, Clarksville, TN with Father Frank Ruff officiating. Visitation will be 9-11am until the hour of the service at the funeral home chapel, Friday, April 10th, 2015. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY.
Donald was born on November 18, 1934 in Evansville, IN to the late George S. Hall and Lydia Schlensker. He served in the United States Army for three years from 1956-1959. His real calling was a farmer and the owner of Adams Garden, in Cedar Hill, TN and a member of St. Mary & St. James Catholic Church in Guthrie, KY.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine; sister, Becky Voegel; 2 daughters, Liz Miner(Carl), Zandra Cole(Larry), 4 sons, Tim Hall(Beth), Jacque Hall, Ian Hall, and Mike Hall; 6 grandchildren, Chantel Miner, Tyler Miner, Raven Cole, Seth Cole, Chenoa Hall and Tegan Hall; 5 great grandchildren.
Friends & family will serve as Pall Bearers.
