David Solomen Smith, age 48 of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday, Feb 24, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare.  He was born on Apr 11, 1969 in Homestead, Florida to Richard Smith and Pamela Krieger. In addition to his parents he leaves behind his wife Eva Galabova- Smith, son David Shooter Smith, daughter Madison Paige Smith, five brothers and one sister. No services are planned.
