David Allen Nash, age 60, of Clarksville died February 26, 2012 after fighting a courageous lifetime battle with neurofibromatosis (NF2). Graveside Memorial service will be 11:00 AM Monday March 5, 2012 at KY Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Nash was born May 28, 1951 in Washington, D.C. to the late Raymond E. and Barbara Jean Krause Nash. He was also preceded in death by a son, Joshua A. Nash; brothers, Raymond E. Nash, Jr, Steven E. Nash and a sister, Linda Nash.
He served in the US Army during the Viet Nam War and worked as a Chef for Opryland Hotel.
He is survived by his wife, Karen S. Nash of Clarksville and a brother, Robert J. (Misty) Nash of Clarksville.
