David Lewis Farmer, age 54, of Clarksville passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at St. Thomas Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held 5:00 pm Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Kramer officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, from 3:00 pm until the hour of service. David was born April 7, 1959 in Clarksville, TN to the late Gilbert Farmer and Virginia Knight Farmer. He worked the majority of his life in retail sales, greatly enjoyed driving race cars and was an avid fan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby Farmer and Paul Farmer. He is survived by his brothers; Wendell (Kathy) Farmer and Gilbert Farmer; sisters, Margaret (Danny) McDowell and Barbara (Roger) Cole.
