David George "Ted" Doyle, age 81 of Clarksville passed away Thursday, March 19, 2015 at St. Thomas West Hospital. Sykes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Sykes Funeral Home with Rev. Jon Justice officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Tuesday, March 24, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
Mr. Doyle was born February 2, 1934 in Oshkosh, WI to the late David Doyle and the late Ethel Store.
He was retired from the US Army and was a Lutheran.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Elisabeth Furtner Doyle; sons, David A. (Tammy) Doyle, Robert A. (Beth) Doyle; daughter, Elizabeth A. (James) Patton; brother, Robert E. (Catherine) Doyle; sister, Maxine Knapp; grandchildren, Nicole E. Doyle and Joshua C. Jensen.
Military will serve as Pallbearers.
