Chris Shepard, age 40, of Adams, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. at Sykes Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Jackson officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 am until the hour of service. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Shepard was born November 16, 1971 in Knoxville,TN. He was a Draftsman, employed by K&S Engineering, attended Harmony Baptist Church and a member of the Stoudsville Sportsman Club.
He is survived by wife, Jennifer Flair Shepard; parents, Ben Shepard; Step-mother Jerrie Shepard; mother, Lena Spurgeon; sons, Jacob Shepard and Corbin Hodge; sisters, Suzanne Hogan and Karen Carter; sister & brother-in-law, Elliott (Kristy) Flair and Amanda Flair.
Family and Friends will serve as Pallbearers.
