She was born on Jun 25, 1955 in Danville, IL to Elmer Osterbur and Louise Osterbur. She was a retired veteran of the US Army.
She is survived by her husband, Tyrone Ferrell; father, Elmer Osterbur; son, Jerome Ferrell; daughters, Tia Osterbur, Natasha Osterbur, Elizabeth Figueroa, brother, Jim Osterbur; sisters, Terri Herbst, Charlene Osterbur, Barbara Johnson, Sharon Manea, Debbie Kuhn, Susan Moe.
