Charlene Houk

A Graveside service for Charlene Elizabeth Houk, 66, of Clarksville, TN will be Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Pastor Charles W. Radford will officiate. Charlene was born on December 28, 1954 in Clarksville, TN. She passed on August 7, 2021.

Charlene was a member of Fifth Ward Missionary Baptist Church and loved studying the Word. She enjoyed spending time with family, teaching, and nature.

She was preceded in death by her son, Kenya Makimba Elliott and siblings, Valnetta Blount and Corey Suggs. Charlene is survived by her husband of 30 years, Todd Houk; parents, Charles (Shirley Ann) and Ruby Suggs; children: Phiwokwakhe Kasisi Suggs, Will Kimario Thomas, and Tamira Hudson; siblings: Wyvonne (Robert) Sturdivant, Cheryl Suggs, Charles "PV" Suggs, and Carlos (Latissa) Hall; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other loving family members.
