Cecil Picard

Cecil H. Picard, age 95 of Clarksville, passed away October 5, 2019 at Uffelman Estates. Cecil served in the United States Army. He also retired after 35 years with the United States Postal Service. He enjoyed gardening and birdwatching. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

A private service will be held for those closest to Cecil. He will be laid to rest next to his beloved wife at Salem Cemetery.

Cecil is preceded in death by his wife Ida Marion Abernathy Picard, daughter Elinor Stone, and 7 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his children Elaine (John) Burgess and Joseph (Kathy) Picard, grandchildren: Elaine Stone, Andy Stone, Barbara Fiser, Debbie Bordes, Joley Anderson, and Jennifer Babineaux, and great grandchildren: Aaron, Johnny, Julianna, Olivia, Macy, Christian, Warren, and Alex.
