Carmen Vazquez

Carmen  passed away on November 29, 2015 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital due to complications from a stroke. She was born on May 16, 1958 in Augsburg Germany to Jose and Anne Marie Vazquez.
In addition to her father she is preceded in death by her husband Steven Skaggs. She is survived by her mother, Anne Marie Vazquez, brother, Luis Vazquez, sister, Delia Sabourin, nephew, Victor Vazquez, nieces; Carmen Vazquez, Rosln Vazquez, Heather Etheridge, Ashleigh Etheridge, great niece, Luna Taylor, and great- nephew, Olliver Taylor. She also leaves behind her precious pets, Sasha and Spice.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
