Carloyn Carver

Carolyn Jean Carver, 83, of Hendersonville passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2022, surrounded by family. Her life will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 11 AM at the church she was a founding member of, Victory Missionary Baptist Church, 457 E. Main Street, Hendersonville TN. Carolyn was a pillar church member, an admired singer and a Sunday school teacherwho loved to share her knowledge and love of God’s word. The family would love to see friends and family starting on January 10 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and then again on Tuesday from 10AM until the time of the service at 11 AM. Burial will immediately follow at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.Carolyn was born February 17, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan to Thomas and Ella Mae Hackett and moved to Carthage, TN when she was 13 years old. She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Billy Ray Carver, and survived by daughter; Joyce (Bill) Saylor, sons; Johnny (Jill), David, Billy Paul (Kathryn) and Mark (Melissa). She was a loving Grandmother to 11grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
