Buford Ray Watkins, age 70 of Clarksville, passed away on Sunday, May 07, 2017 at Clarksville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born on December 11, 1946 in Montgomery Co, TN to Vester and Catherine Watkins.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ruth Shelby Watkins.
He is survived by his sons, Thomas (Natalie) Watkins and Timothy Watkins; brother, Charles Watkins; sisters, Agnus (John) Estes, and Sara Jane Huffman; grandchildren, Shelby and David Watkins, and Shelby and Reid Harrison.
