Funeral service for Morris Brandon Wyatt, age 91 of Hendersonville, will be Saturday, Feb 16, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home. Bro. Melvin Brooks will officiate. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday, Feb 16, 2013 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Sykes Funeral Home.
Brandon passed away on Wednesday, Feb 13, 2013 at NHC HealthCare. He was born on Dec 18, 1921 in Montgomery County, TN to Sterling and Sarah Harvey. He was a member of Southside United Methodist Church, retired from Civil Service with the United States Army, and a Naval World War II Veteran.
In addition to his parents Mr. Wyatt was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Wilson Wyatt; brothers, Robert Wyatt and John Wyatt; sisters, Sarah Futch, Sue Swift, and Nell Jones.
He is survived by his Step-Son, Aubrey Joe (Veda) Haltom of Hendersonville; 2 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Online condolences may be made at www.sykesfuneralhome.com.
