Bobby Morrison

A Celebration of Life service for James "Bobby" Morrison, age 91 of Clarksville, will be Friday, July 13, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Friday, July 13, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Bobby passed away on Sunday, July 08, 2018 at Signature Health Care in Erin.  He was born on August 30, 1926 in Montgomery County, TN to Clarence and Ella Yarbrough Morrison.

Bobby was a World War II veteran, and was retired from CEMC where he worked for over 40 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church and also served as an usher.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife of 61 years Jewel Suggs Morrison, brothers; Herbert Lee, Johnny, and J.W., sisters; Laura, Sue, Lucille, and Marie, and son-in-law Greg Brand. He is survived by brothers; Billy Morrison and Alex Morrison, daughters; Carolyn (Mike) Younce and Sheila Brand, grandchildren; Michelle (Chuck)Newell, Cinnamon Browning, Jason(Dana)Brand, Greg(Lindsey)Brand, and Lacey(Heath)Hughes, and great grandchildren; Charlie, Dakota, Jillian, Layne, Bryson, Ava Greer, and Layla Westyn.

Pallbearers will be Mike Younce, Steve Claxton, Jason Brand, Chuck Newell, Charlie Newell, and Dakota Ellsworth. Honorary pallbearers are Billy and Alex Morrison and Bryson Brand,
