Bobby Fyke

Bobby Holman Fyke, age 82, of Clarksville passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Spring Meadows Health Care Center.  Sykes Funeral and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.  Funeral Services will be 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 28, 2012 at Sykes Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Camp officiating.  Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2012 and from 10:00 a.m. until hour of the service on Friday, December 28, 2012.
He was born January 7, 1930 in Cedar Hill, TN to the late John Philip and Fannie Holman Fyke.  He was preceded in death by brother John Philip Fyke, Jr., sisters, Nancy Fyke and Mary Jane Cline.  He served in the US Navy, US Naval Reserves and was retired from the Tennessee Highway Patrol having served from 1951 to 1985.
He is survived by son, Tommy (Kay) Fyke, Bill (Shirley) Farmer; daughters,  Neva Jo (Edward) Beck, Leah Anne Ransdell; son-in-law, Dan Ransdell; grandchildren, James (Libba) Fyke, Katherine Fyke, Cheryl (Billy) Castle, David Farmer, Blake (Paige Barbee)  Ransdell; great-grandchildren, Caitlin (Josh) Swaffer, William Castle, Charles Farmer and Christopher Farmer.
Tennessee Highway Patrol Honor Guard will serve as Pallbearers and family members will serve as honorary Pallbearers.
