Billy Hines

Funeral services for Billy Joe Hines, age 79 of Clarksville, will be Monday, June 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Erin, TN.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 9, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home and on Monday, Jun 10, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM .

Billy  passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at his residence.  He was born on July 22, 1939 in Harrisburg, AR to the late Grady Hines and Opal Melton Hines. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Grady R. Hines, Sr., James Austin Hines, Donald Gene Hines; sister, Nina Bickel; grandchildren, Travis Taylor, Joey Hines, April Hines; and great-granddaughter, Breanna Hines. Billy was a retired machinist for Cresst Machine.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Marie Janes Hines;  son, Bill (Linda) Hines;  son, Robert Hines;  son, Tommy (Pam) Hines;  son, Jimmy Hines;  daughter, Vickie Hines; brother, LLoyd Hines; sister, Wanda Hopple; thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-six great-grandchildren.
