Betty Cherry

Betty Lou Cherry, 90, of Clarksville, TN passed away on December 16, 2021. She will be laid to rest at Greenwood Cemetery next to her husband in a private family service. Betty was born in Stewart County to Ollie and Lorene Sykes Hall. She was a member of Park Lane church of the Nazarene, enjoyed spending time with her family, going to AJAX Senior Citizen Center, playing cards, and cooking.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bernice Cherry and daughter, Peggy Sue Vick. Betty is survived by her son, Joe Cherry and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Stacy Meriwether and her family for their love and care for Ms. Betty over the last few years.
