Bessie B. Clifton, age 92 of Clarksville/Whites Creek, passed away Friday, July 8, 2011. Funeral Services will be 11:30 a.m. Monday at Anderson Garrett Funeral Home in Joelton with Bro. Jim Robinson officiating. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, July 9 at Sykes Funeral Home in Clarksville and 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Sunday, July 10 at Anderson Garrett in Joelton. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Clifton and daughter, Betty Lois Davenport. She is survived by son, Jerry (Susan) Clifton; grandchildren, Tonia Summerville, Jeff Clifton, Chris Davenport, Michael Wiles and Eric Wiles.
