Benjamin A. Stives, age 75, of Clarksville passed away Friday, June 17, 2011 at Gateway Medical Center.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Tuesday at Sykes Funeral Home with Rev. Robin Courtney officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 P.M. until hour of service at the funeral home.
Mr. Stives was born December 4, 1935 in Bradford, PA to the late Charles and Loretta Wright Stives. He was an Engineer with the Dresser Rand Co. and served in the US Marines.
He is survived by sons, David Stives, Donald Stives of CA; daughters, Brenda Sturgeon of IL, Susan Stives of Clarksville, TN; 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and ex-wife, Sandra Worlund of CA.
