Barbara Hogan Welker, age 67 of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Clarksville Nursing and Rehab. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. The Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 19, 2014 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lon Shockley officiating. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Sunday at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Austin-Smith-Wallace Cemetery.
She was born in Clarksville, TN on February, 12, 1946 to the late Morris K. and Mary Alice Weakley Hogan. She was a Methodist and a retired LPN.
She is survived by children, Jerry W. Pardue, Jr., Kimberly P. Greene (Donald), Christopher Eric Pardue; grandchild, Lucian W. Greene; siblings, Emma Imler, Wilma Borland, David Hogan, Kay Lenihan, Mary Ann Sutton and Linda Hogan.
Pallbearers will be Donald Greene, Lucian Greene, David Hogan, D.J. Hogan, Berlin Sutton and Lon Shockley.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Austin-Smith-Wallace Cemetery, c/o Wayne Smith, 3196 Hwy. 79, Indian Mound, TN 37079.
