Barbara Ann Volkers Phillips, age 63 of Norwalk, CA passed away March 6, 2015 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at New Providence United Methodist Church with Rev. Cynthia Talley officiating.
Barbara was born in AL on June 26, 1951 to the late Herman R. Volkers and Mildred K. Hill Volkers. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Phillips. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her mother, Mildred K. Volkers; daughter, Michelle (Christopher) Lochner; grandchildren, Kayla and Jonathan Lochner; brother, Grady Richard Volkers; neice, Jessie K. Volkers and nephew, Jason Volkers.
