Barbara Dunavant Lynch, 71, Clarksville, died Tuesday, February 9, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center.
The funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at New Providence Church of Christ with Elders of New Providence Church of Christ, Bob Blaustein, Robert Graves and Robert Ragin officiating.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at the church.
Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Lynch was born August 4, 1938 in Pineville, WV, daughter of the late Carl Dunavant and Betty Bonham Dunavant. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas C. Lynch.
Mrs. Lynch was a homemaker, member of New Providence Church of Christ, and served in the US Air Force.
Survived by her sons Michael Lynch of Nashville, and Thomas G. Lynch of Clarksville. Other survivors include three sisters Irene Tabor, MI; Janice Noe, OH; Lois Welch, MI; grandchildren Jaclyn Lynch and Randi Major. www.sykesfuneralhome.com
