Barbara Jane Emley James, 78, of Clarksville passed away Friday, May 13, 2011 at her daughters home in Woodlawn. No services are planned.
Mrs. James was born February 24, 1933, in Indiana daughter of the late Roy and Ruth Rupley Emley. In addition to her parents Mrs. James was preceded in death by a son, Michael James, a daughter-in-law, Sindy James, two brothers and two sisters.
Mrs. James was a retired factory worker and member of Cumberland Heights United Methodist Church. Mrs. James is survived by a son; Lee James of Indian Mound, daughters; Georgia Roberts of Clarksville, Beth (Steve) Frederick of Woodlawn, Alexus McCathern of Clarksville, Earlene (Carl) Hooker of Texas, thirteen grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
