In addition to his parents, Arthur is preceded in death by his wife, Louise Webb; and sons, MacArthur and Boman Webb. He is survived by his children: Tracy Dennis, David (Rebecca) Webb, Christy (Roy) Simpkins, Bryan (Lamanda) Webb, and Dianne (Daniel) Parvin; siblings: Jim Webb, Udell Webb, and Elvis Webb; and grandchildren: Jenna, Levi, Jacob, Sean, Samantha, Mark, Jon, Gracie, and Lauren.
