Funeral service for Anna Louise Merryman, age 82 of Clarksville, will be Friday, Feb 01, 2013 at 12:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home. Rev. Terrell Marcom will officiate. Burial will follow at Bethel Memorial Cemetery, Sango. Visitation will be Thursday, Jan 31, 2013 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Friday, Feb 1, 2013 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home.
Ms. Merryman passed away on Saturday, Jan 26, 2013 at the home of her loving daughter, Diane Tate, who cared for her during her extended illness. She was born on Feb 12, 1930 in Baltimore, MD to the late Merton Quinby and Mary Elizabeth Quinby. She was a member of Excell Baptist Church and attended the Ajax community center for seniors for many years. She was a retired Nurse.
Preceding Ms. Merryman in death was her husband, Bill Merryman, son, Billy Merryman, daughter, Robyn Lee Merryman, long time companion, Hugh Goldie Wallace.
She is survived by her Daughter, Diane (Brian)Tate; Daughter, Linda Merryman; Son, Floyd Glenn Merryman; Daughter, Mary Beth Merryman; 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Glenn Merryman, Trae Miller, Bruce Tate, Brian Tate, Robert Pardue, Jeremy Bolin.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Mike Williams, Clyde Burney, J R Miller.
