Alice Lyle Coke, 90 of Clarksville passed away Sunday, June 19, 2011 at Gateway Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Sykes Funeral Home. Visitation will be 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday evening and from 10:00 a.m. Tuesday until hour of service at the funeral home. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Coke was born September 13, 1920 in Montgomery County to the late Sidney Johnston Lyle and Anna Neblett Lyle. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Thomas Coke; son, James Newell Coke; sisters, Pearl Legate, Anna Belle Jackson and Mildred Bryan.
She was a homemaker and a member of Antioch United Methodist Church.
She is survived by daughters, Carolyn (David) Neblett of Clarksville, Brenda (Don) Corlew of Clarksville, Iva (Joe) Mackie of Murfreesboro; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
