Funeral service for 1st SGT (Ret.) Richard Joseph Silbaugh, age 73 of Palmyra, will be Friday, Jun 19, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Ky Veteran's West Cemetery. Burial will follow in the KY Veterans Cemetery West with full military honors. The family will receive friends on Thursday, Jun 18, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home.
Mr. Silbaugh passed away on Sunday, Jun 14, 2015 at Select Specialty Hospital. He was born on Aug 02, 1941 in Alliance NE to Richard Wayne Silbaugh and Violette Olsen Silbaugh.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry Jackson Silbaugh; son, Richard Joseph (Laura) Silbaugh II; daughter, Tonya Yvette Battles; 5 grandchildren, Jessica (Josh) James, Georga (Darrell) Williams, Savanna Silbaugh, Billy G. Battles III, Tory Yevette Battles; 1 great-grandson, Nathan James.
